Update

Unfortunately we've still been unable to release FNB withdrawals due to a technical error with FNB. We'll update this notice as soon as we've been able to release all FNB withdrawals.

There may be temporary delays with FNB withdrawals requested on 13 January 2020. We’re working with the bank to see this resolved soon.
