We have made some relevant adjustments to spam filters through our SMS providers and have made some internal adjustments and we believe the issue is resolved.

We have made some adjustments to our SMS OTP service in conjunction with our SMS provider. We will monitor the results over the weekend.

We are aware of an issue where Malaysian customers are seeing delays when receiving SMS OTP's.
We are currently working on the issue both internally and with our SMS provider.
