Update

We are aware that you may be experiencing delayed or failing crypto sends. Some sends are working, but others may still be delayed or fail.

Receives, buys, sells, and fiat withdrawals and deposits are not affected.

We are investigating this issue and will provide an update as soon as we have it. Your funds are safe, and you don’t need to take any action.

We are continuing to work with our 3rd party provider as a priority to bring sends/withdrawals back.

We’re aware that some customers are unable to send crypto from their Luno wallets. Withdrawals may fail or return an error.

Your funds are not affected and remain in your Luno account.

Our teams are working on this, and we’ll share updates here as we have more information.
